Joshua W. Crandall
Founder and Managing Partner
Josh founded The Wilton Group LLC in 2003 to provide boutique executive search services to the financial industry. As Managing Partner, he is responsible for leading strategy at the firm as well as managing our largest client relationships.
Josh began his career in talent acquisition with Salomon Smith Barney before joining Thrupoint, a New York-based executive search agency. He has an extensive background in performing executive searches for top-tier financial institutions throughout the world and has completed over 300 searches during his time leading The Wilton Group.
A life-long entrepreneur, Josh is also the founder of Athes, a cutting edge, AI-driven sports app designed specifically for coaches and athletes. This venture has allowed both Josh and The Wilton Group to broaden connections in the technology and venture capital spaces.
Josh graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He resides in New Canaan, Connecticut with his wife, son and daughter.
Kristen. S. Doran
Partner and Senior Executive Search Consultant
Kristen leads The Wilton Group’s legal and compliance recruiting practice and is responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with fintech and start-up clients. Kristen has also successfully led executive level searches for marketing, business development, investment, and operations roles.
Prior to joining The Wilton Group in 2014, Kristen spent five years with BlackRock’s Institutional Client Group as part of the Global Consultant Relations team. In this role, she had responsibility for investment consultant relationships in the Northeast and Midwest. Kristen began her career with Citi Asset Management, holding roles on both their large cap value investment team and in the global institutional marketing division.
Kristen earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from the University of Richmond. She resides in Wilton, Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.
Faith W. Demko
Principal and Head of Asset & Wealth Management Executive Search
Faith joined The Wilton Group in 2024 and specializes in Private Banking, Private Wealth Management, and Asset Management executive search.
Prior to joining The Wilton Group, Faith was a Director and an executive recruiter at an international executive search firm where she was a member of the global wealth management team for nearly five years. Prior to the search industry, Faith served as a senior banker and senior relationship manager working with ultra- and high net worth individuals and families at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and HSBC Private Bank. She brings a high level of sophistication and an ability to deeply connect with clients and candidates to form strong long-term relationships.
Faith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. She resides in Scarsdale, New York with her husband and two sons.
