Joshua W. Crandall
Founder and Managing Partner
Prior to founding The Wilton Group LLC in 2003, Josh was an Executive Search Consultant with Salomon Smith Barney and ThruPoint Professional Services in New York City.
Josh has an extensive background in performing executive searches for top-tier financial institutions throughout the world and has completed over 300 searches during his time leading The Wilton Group. Josh has spent his career cultivating an extensive network of elite candidates, which he accesses on his clients’ behalf. He brings a “recruiter’s mindset” to every executive search managed by The Wilton Group, giving him an advantage in searching for the industry’s top talent.
Josh graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He resides in New York City with his wife and son.
Kristen. S. Doran
Principal and Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining The Wilton Group in 2014, Kristen worked at some of the largest investment firms on Wall Street. She began her career as a Portfolio Associate with Smith Barney Asset Management. After transitioning to a marketing and client service role in Citigroup Asset Management’s global institutional marketing division, Kristen joined BlackRock’s Account Management Group, most recently as a Vice President of Global Consultant Relations.
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. She resides in Rye, New York with her husband and two daughters.
